The history of Hatem Law Office, dates back to 1910, when it was founded by Jak Hatem. After his retirement in 1967 the Firm was overtaken by his son Izzet Hatem, who had already been working with him for more than 10 years. Since its foundation, the Firm has been dealing mainly in the fields of corporate, commercial, finance, maritime, aviation, administrative and insurance law and has offered services in areas of foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions and litigation, representing in these capacities numerous commercial companies, airlines, insurance companies, shipowners and others.
Hatem Law Office consists of ten lawyers all of whom are members of the Istanbul Bar Association, paralegals and other support staff. This size of the firm enables us to offer a wide range of services in a personalized manner.
