We act as legal advisors to foreign companies and Turkish branches of international companies as well as to some important local groups of companies, and provide advice and represent them before the Courts in matters relating to:

• formation of foreign capital companies, formalities before Ministries and Administrative Authorities at all levels for the formation as well as the operation of such companies, branch offices and liaison offices, including steps before the tax and other local authorities and obtainment of work and residence permits for foreign personnel, organisation of the general assembly meetings;

• drafting and finalising of share purchase agreements, franchise agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, drafting, registration and enforcement of pledge, mortgage and guarantee agreements;

• obtainment of all required special municipal permissions in respect of some branches of the retail and distribution business, dealing with all kinds of legal and administrative problems faced by such companies;

• formalities in relation to the closing and liquidation of companies;

• protection of intellectual property rights of companies;

• purchase and/or sale of real estate on behalf of companies;

• all other matters concerning the day to day affairs of the companies, drafting of contracts;

• litigation in general and claims for collection of debts or defence of such claims;

• insurance negotiations, disputes in respect of insurance policies, collection of claims from insurers or taking recovery actions against the third parties on behalf of the insurers or reinsurers, advice on the risks and the coverage, as well as  on risk management; and the other related assistance for marine and non-marine insurance covers.
